Job Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-volume inbound teams in a fast-paced SaaS or high-tech environment.
- You are a problem-solver who enjoys navigating complex CRM environments and creating order out of high-volume data.
- Expert-level command of Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper and Marketo. You know how the tools should talk to each other to drive efficiency. Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.
- You thrive in a production-driven environment where the pace is relentless and the expectations are elite.
- You think in ratios and conversion rates. You can hear a "gap" in a call or see a "dip" in a report and know exactly which lever to pull.
