- Undergraduate: Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a bachelor’s degree program from an accredited institution
- Post Undergraduate: Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past 12 months
- Graduate: Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a master’s degree program from an accredited institution
- Post Graduate: Earned a master’s degree within the past 12 months
- Graduate + PhD: Completed master’s degree and enrolled as PhD student from an accredited institution
- Ability to use Python
- Experience using package management tools (Anaconda/Mamba)

The Head of AI will lead the strategy, architecture, design, build, and evolution of TraceGains’ next-generation Agentic AI data platform, enabling self-service for data science and engineering teams. This role involves building and leading a platform team to establish TraceGains as a leader in AI-driven and agentic supply chain intelligence while making sound, budget-conscious platform decisions.
The specialist will prepare and process accurate customs entries, review commercial documents to resolve discrepancies, and apply correct Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes for duty assessment. They will also communicate documentation needs to customers and coordinate freight forwarding with domestic and international carriers.
