- 3-5 years of experience in a senior product management role, ideally within a digital platform or consumer-facing product.
- Strong proficiency in the Atlassian suite of products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for working with diverse teams and driving collaborative success.
- Bonus Experience in real estate, proptech, or Voice of the Customer/CX platforms.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles.
