Job Description
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for open requisitions, to include sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offers
• Proactively source BMET candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking strategies
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of entry to senior-level BMET professionals
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical and soft skills
• Drive referrals from current employees and external networks
• Promote the company brand by leveraging social media and partnerships with relevant communities (e.g., technical schools, electronics/mechanical, STEM programs and associations, etc.)
• Maintain candidate database via the Applicant Tracking System
• Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Create and implement unique sourcing techniques to drive candidates to the positions
• Provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate’s experience regardless of the outcome
• Develop search strategies and build target lists of the top talent
Job Requirements
- Minimum four (4) or more years of sourcing and recruiting for BMET professionals
- Minimum five (5) or more years’ hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Experience with full lifecycle recruiting, including assisting in developing job descriptions, sourcing, prescreening, submitting, interview set up, offer negotiation, and hiring candidates
- Experience recruiting for cleared professionals
- Ability to perform technical interviews at a fundamental level
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to developing solid relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of candidates
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, SharePoint, recruiting systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment
- Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and with outside agencies, partners, shareholders, and business associates.
