Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of equipment fleet management in the equipment rental industry
- Analytically proficient with rental fleet metrics (time utilization, Cap Factor, etc.)
- Strong Teamwork and Influencer Capabilities
- Safety awareness and responsibility
- Reliability and confidence-building with team members
- Comfortable with travel (25% of the time)
- Extensive proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI experience required
- Preferred experience with Rental Counter Systems (including data architecture)
- Must understand configuration options for large construction equipment
- Preferred background with Heavy Dirt products
