Role Description

The Print Client Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our business clients. This position supports order coordination, client communication, and internal production workflows while working closely with our New York-based operations team. This role is remote within the United States and supports clients during standard business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
  • Assist with order entry, file submission guidance, and print specifications
  • Coordinate with production teams to confirm timelines and job status
  • Monitor active projects to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Maintain detailed and accurate order records
  • Resolve client questions with professionalism and efficiency
  • Escalate complex production issues as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or order management systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience in printing, signage, production coordination, or B2B service environments

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Availability during standard Eastern Time business hours preferred
