Job Description
This is a hands-on, outbound-focused B2B sales position for someone who is actively selling, closing deals, and building pipeline through relationships and direct outreach.
- Own the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and close
- Sell InsureTrack to insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, FMOs, and call centers
- Drive outbound sales efforts using a relationship-first, consultative approach
- Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate pipeline and close deals
- Conduct discovery conversations around state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding workflows
- Use tools such as ZoomInfo and CRM platforms to support outbound prospecting
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to provide real-world market feedback
- Share insights to help refine messaging, positioning, and ongoing product improvements
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in insurance, InsurTech, or insurance services
- Have sold to insurance agencies, brokerages, IMOs, or FMOs
- Understand state licensing, contracting, and carrier onboarding processes
- Are comfortable building pipeline through outbound outreach and relationship-based selling
- Prefer staying close to the deal rather than managing teams
- Can work independently in a remote environment
- Enjoy helping build and scale a growth-stage product
- Existing network within insurance agencies or brokerages
- Experience selling insurance technology, SaaS, or workflow platforms
- Background with early-stage or growth-stage companies
- Target total compensation range of $80,000–$150,000, based on experience and performance
