Job Requirements
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a corporate, healthcare, or services environment
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks is required
- Experience supporting reconciliations, AP, AR, and recurring accounting tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine, repeatable accounting tasks accurately
- Experience with healthcare billing systems, EMRs, or practice management software preferred
- Background with a small to medium accounting firm a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Ability to work approximately 30 hours per week
