It’s about success, of course, but it’s also about making a positive impact on everyone our business touches.   About the Role The Omnichannel Product Director is responsible for owning, defining and delivering frictionless customer-centric digital experiences across the full omnichannel ecosystem. This role owns the technical roadmap, architecture alignment, and delivery of all customer-facing applications, with primary accountability for ecommerce platform performance, scalability, integrations, and continuous evolution. Partnering closely with cross-functional business partners, this leader ensures seamless integration between stores, digital platforms, and customer engagement tools to create personalized, consistent brand experiences. This position is remote and will report into Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT.  Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.   What You’ll Do   Omnichannel Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and own the technical product roadmap for all customer-facing platforms (eCommerce, Point of Sale etc.), partnering closely with business stakeholders to shape and deliver a unified omnichannel roadmap that drives connected customer experiences. Drive platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives. Prioritize and manage the product backlog in partnership with business and engineering teams. Lead feature delivery from ideation through development, testing, release planning, and production deployment. Use analytics, experimentation, and industry best practices to inform optimization and investment decisions. Establish KPIs and success metrics aligned to revenue, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction goals. Evaluate and manage third-party technology partners and vendors.   Platform Architecture & Integration Oversee integrations across CRM, ERP, PIM, DAM, payment gateways, marketing automation, and data platforms to enable seamless cross-channel journeys. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and analytics implementation across all digital experiences. Monitor and improve site performance, uptime, page speed, and platform stability. Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, accessibility, and role-based access requirements. Implement observability and define incident management processes.   Customer Experience Champion a customer-first mindset across all product decisions. Identify friction points and continuously improve digital experiences. Leverage behavioral, transactional, and engagement data to increase conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. Optimize end-to-end journeys across acquisition, purchase, fulfillment, service, and returns.   Stakeholder Leadership Act as a trusted liaison between business and technical teams, translating strategy into actionable execution. Align cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across platforms and initiatives. Deep experience with modern eCommerce platforms and complex system integrations. Strong understanding of omnichannel retail operations and end-to-end customer journey orchestration. Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience leveraging analytics tools to drive optimization. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across business and engineering teams. Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments leading backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-team delivery.
