  • Manage Session Logistics: Coordinate professional development sessions, including scheduling, sharing materials, sending follow-ups, and ensuring a seamless learning experience.
  • Stay Current & Collaborate: Participate in onboarding, routine training, and internal meetings to stay informed on product updates, instructional best practices, and training enhancements.
  • Support Educator Learning: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for participants, answering questions and providing guidance during professional development sessions.
  • Ensure Professionalism & Preparedness: Independently manage travel and scheduling commitments during peak training seasons.
  • Provide Feedback & Professional Communications: Act as a liaison between Heggerty and our partners as a “voice of Heggerty” and ensure that issues and needs are communicated to all parties in a timely and effective manner.

  • Experience delivering professional development to educators in various learning formats (webinar, in-person, asynchronous).
  • Prior classroom teaching experience, with a strong foundation in evidence-based literacy practices.
  • Familiarity with Heggerty curricula and relevant instructional approaches aligned with the Science of Reading and best practices in literacy instruction.
