Job Description
• Research and gather data on marketing trends, competitive services and pricing
• Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and leveraging existing contact base
• Produce business plans for new product development
• Develop negotiating strategies by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
• Perform sales presentations to prospective clients
• Interact with existing customers to increase sales of services
• Build, manage and optimize B2B relationships
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Utilize consultative selling skills to understand and exceed customer’s business needs
• Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
• React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
• Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
• Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development/sales within the BPO industry
- Outside sales required
- Experience in contract negotiations, program management, and business to business sales
