Role Description

The program modernizes defense financial management by replacing legacy systems with a standardized Oracle E-Business Suite ERP solution. Established through federal legislation, it improves financial accountability, standardizes business processes, and supports better decision-making. The system provides a unified platform for multiple organizations and users, using SAFe methodology to support ongoing development and program management activities.

• Supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Translate complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Analyze and recommend test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Manage and work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
• Apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
• Develop overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance against stated requirements. Apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
• Apply use cases and user stories to create test cases.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years relevant experience.
• Experience in testing software applications including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience in an Agile environment with knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using automated test tools.
• Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).
