Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience leading Demand Planning and SIOP / S&OP processes in a cross-functional, global environment
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Experience presenting demand insights and recommendations to Director- and VP-level stakeholders
- Experience in life sciences, chemicals, or regulated industries is preferred, but not required
- Deep understanding of demand management and planning principles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, persuasive insights
- Diplomatic, collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
- Comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization with competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Power Query
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with demand planning tools; Kinaxis preferred
- Professional certifications (IBP, APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
