Job Description

• Own and continuously improve the global Demand SIOP process • Partner with Commercial, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Planning to develop a 24-month consensus demand plan • Influence stakeholders to align on realistic demand assumptions using data and scenario analysis • Drive transparency and confidence in the demand plan through clear analytics and facilitation • Develop and recommend a forward-looking demand plan integrating forecasts, Commercial input, portfolio strategy, and NPI inputs • Facilitate monthly SIOP Demand Reviews, guiding cross-functional discussion, surfacing risks and opportunities, and driving alignment on key assumptions • Once aligned, own the demand plan and its results, including new product launches and lifecycle transitions • Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and forecast value add; translate results into improvement actions • Standardize demand planning processes and partner with Supply Chain and IT to enhance tools and data quality

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years' experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading Demand Planning and SIOP / S&OP processes in a cross-functional, global environment
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive consensus across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
  • Experience presenting demand insights and recommendations to Director- and VP-level stakeholders
  • Experience in life sciences, chemicals, or regulated industries is preferred, but not required
  • Deep understanding of demand management and planning principles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, persuasive insights
  • Diplomatic, collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, global organization with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Power Query
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience with demand planning tools; Kinaxis preferred
  • Professional certifications (IBP, APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus.
