Job Description
• Define and drive the process for evaluating and greenlighting new game projects
• Lead intake and due diligence efforts for game projects
• Mentor a team of producers and foster collaboration
• Own the early-stage production pipeline and evaluate projects against Netflix's portfolio
• Architect and lead the due diligence process ensuring rigorous assessment
• Prepare and deliver Greenlight meeting materials
• Guide teams in defining project scope and resource requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creative and technical leaders
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in video game production
- Deep, hands-on understanding of the full game production lifecycle
- Proven ability to assess and manage all areas of a game project
- Demonstrated excellence in project management for full game development
- Experience working closely with publishing teams or directly within a publishing organization
- Experience with a variety of development models
- Track record of leading due diligence, Greenlight, and portfolio intake processes
- Expertise in risk assessment, feasibility analysis, and early-stage budget/scope planning
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of portfolio management
- Passion for gaming and deep knowledge of industry trends
