Job Description
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience administering Google Workspace in an enterprise environment
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), including Single Sign On (SSO) and directory integrations.
- Experience managing organizational units (OUs), group policy structures, and role-based admin delegation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Groups, Shared Drives, and file sharing permissions.
- Experience with email troubleshooting including routing, SPF (Sender Policy Framework)/DKIM (Domain Key Idenfified Mail)/DMARC (Domain Message Authentication Reporting and Conformance), spam filtering, and mail flow analysis.
- Experience with Google Vault, retention policies, and eDiscovery workflows.
- Experience with automation tools such as GAM (Google Apps Manager), Google Workspace APIs (Application Program Interfaces), or scripting with PowerShell/Python.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Experience working with IT security frameworks and applying security controls to collaboration platforms.
