We are looking for an HR Generalist to support Human Resources team, and provide excellent support to our portfolio of practices in our Mountain West and Central US regions.


An ideal candidate for this role will have 1-3 years experience working in Human Resources. We are looking for a team member who can learn quickly and provide a high level of service to our employees and managers.

This role will be responsible for responding to HR, policy, and benefits inquiries, managing employee files and personnel data in Paylocity, supporting onboarding for new hires and acquisitions. The role will also assist in supporting the HR Director in employee relations, investigations, reporting, managing HRIS EDI feeds, and coordinating benefits administration.


This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to practice sites. This is a remote role open to candidates in CA, AZ, FL, CO, ID, DC, IL, WI, MA, MI, TN, TX, VA, UT, WV.

Requirements

Ability to work during CST or MT business hours


  • Knowledge of federal labor laws highly preferred

  • Experience with HRIS is required; Paylocity preferred
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
