• Support comprehensive data center operations across regional facilities, providing strategic leadership for mission-critical infrastructure operations while driving operational excellence, reliability, and efficiency to meet stringent service level agreements and business objectives. • Develop and execute operational support strategies for data center portfolio including capacity planning, performance optimization, and service delivery enhancement. • Establish operational standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, client requirements, and industry best practices for mission-critical infrastructure management. • Support operations across multiple data center facilities and clients. • Provide support to facility managers, engineering teams, and technical staff. • Provide technical expertise and program implementation support on deliverables (client service, operational, field execution) of operations and critical environments. • Provide or coordinate SME resources to support the needs of the account or site. • Establish enterprise-level risk management frameworks for operational activities including business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and security protocols. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies while implementing audit processes and quality assurance programs. • Drive adoption of emerging technologies including automation systems, predictive analytics, and IoT platforms to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. • Champion digital transformation initiatives and evaluate new technologies for competitive advantage and operational improvement. • Provide leadership and coaching to operations teams to build capabilities in operational excellence methodologies, problem-solving techniques, and performance improvement practices. • Foster collaboration between facilities, engineering, and support teams.
