Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing products that have been used by end users and clients at scale
- Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions
- Proficiency with the full design toolkit: wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing
- Expert-level skills with design tools like Figma, including advanced features like components and design libraries
- Experience maintaining visual and interaction consistency by working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution
- Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiences
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints
- Experience designing AI-powered features that enhance user workflows and personalize experiences is a plus
- Familiarity with GenAI tools to accelerate workflows is a plus
