Job Description

• Build out and execute strategies for growing engagement and followers across all social media platforms—this isn’t just important; it’s your superpower. We want our reach to stretch further than a viral dance trend. • Create, edit, and oversee high-quality, engaging content that makes people stop scrolling (even if just for a second). • Reshape and revitalize the company's YouTube presence—add personality, grow followers, and transform it into the go-to resource for staying secure online (while keeping things interesting). • Collaborate with global influencers to amplify our brand messaging and expand our reach (yes, influencer wrangling is part of the gig). • Manage and mentor a comms team member, helping them grow into even bigger influencer relations and general comms rockstar. • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies, optimize engagement, and drive continuous improvement (because data is your best friend). • Ensure consistent brand messaging and voice across all platforms—whether it’s a serious cybersecurity post or a playful meme. • Cross-company collaboration is key- after all, employees are some of the biggest social media influencers out there! • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices- because if you’re not ahead, you’re behind.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience- we care more about your skills than your diploma).
12+ years of experience in social media management with a proven track record of building followings, increasing engagement, and driving brand awareness for global brands.
Strong content creation and editing skills with an eye for detail and an ear for what resonates.
Demonstrated success in working with influencers and managing these partnerships globally.
Experience leading and managing high-performing social media teams.
Expertise in platform-specific strategies for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Deep understanding of social media analytics tools (and the ability to make numbers tell a story).
A proactive, "always-on" approach with strong problem-solving skills (because social media doesn’t come with an off switch).
Passion for cybersecurity and a desire to make the internet a safer, smarter place.
