Job Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or both).
- Are energized by high-output, high-ownership work. Each call is a new adventure for you.
- Communicate clearly and warmly, especially on Zoom.
- Thrive in an ever-changing environment and able to pivot quickly without time-loss.
- You love hitting your numbers and have a proven track record of consistency.
- Have strong professional judgment and can identify red flags or alignment issues within the first several minutes of the interview.
- Are ambitious to grow and hungry to learn. You’re not here to coast.
- Thrive in a strong, team-centered environment. We all win together. You’re good at what you do, but your ego gets checked at the door.
