Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is highly preferred. However, if you have substantial professional experience in sales, lending, or real estate, we welcome that in place of formal education.
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Experience in real estate lending, short-term rental markets, or partnerships in property management is strongly preferred.
- A track record of successfully cultivating client relationships and consistently meeting sales targets.
- It would be great if you have experience in real estate lending, mortgage sales, or property management!
- If you're familiar with short-term rental markets or have knowledge of investor-focused financial products, that would be an added bonus!

- Exceptional ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in active listening with a consultative approach to sales
- Flexible thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Strong time management skills and self-driven motivation in a field-oriented position
- Experience with CRM tools for effective lead and sales pipeline management
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Capable of hosting virtual meetings and delivering presentations via online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
