Job Description

• Leads strategic engagement with pharmaceutical design partners to drive product innovation, portfolio evolution, and commercialization readiness • Responsible for translating partner collaboration into scalable, monetizable solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives • Serves as senior relationship owner for assigned design partner • Leads structured discovery and co-creation sessions to identify unmet needs and product opportunities • Translates partner insights into scalable product roadmaps and commercialization plans • Aligns cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Data, Legal, and Commercial teams • Drives pilot design, measurement frameworks, and innovation governance processes • Develops business cases supporting portfolio expansion and investment decisions • Influences senior leadership through clear articulation of opportunity, risk, and financial impact • Ensures learnings from design partnerships are institutionalized and scaled beyond individual clients • Coaches Managers in synthesizing insights and building commercialization-ready materials

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership
  • Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
  • Master's Degree preferred (MBA, Data Science, Business Analytics, Informatics)
