Role Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and transform the talent acquisition function for a rapidly growing, high-impact organization. As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will design and implement scalable recruiting strategies that align with organizational growth and business priorities. You will lead a team of recruiting professionals, partner closely with executive leadership, and establish operational frameworks that ensure consistent, high-quality hiring. The role combines strategic vision, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership in building systems, processes, and metrics that enable predictable and equitable talent acquisition at scale. You will have the opportunity to shape employer branding, candidate experience, and global recruiting operations, all while driving organizational excellence and long-term talent success.

  • Develop and implement a long-term, scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Lead global recruiting operations, including headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation to optimize recruiter productivity.
  • Establish and refine recruiting systems, workflows, and enablement programs to drive operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversee talent marketing and employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and improve inbound pipeline engagement.
  • Design and maintain a robust, fair, and consistent interview infrastructure, enhancing candidate experience and hiring team effectiveness.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making by analyzing recruiting performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to align talent acquisition practices with organizational objectives and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years leading global TA operations and strategy.
  • Proven experience scaling recruiting infrastructure in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
  • Strong expertise in headcount planning, workforce strategy, recruiting analytics, and operational excellence.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on talent strategy, organizational design, and change management.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with proficiency in tools and systems such as Ashby or other TA platforms.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills; ability to empower teams, inspire adoption, and create a culture of accountability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a business-first mindset linking talent acquisition to broader organizational success.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve candidate experience and implement repeatable, scalable recruiting processes globally.
