Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Experience with major applicant tracking systems required, Greenhouse preferred
- Experience with high growth, high-volume recruiting needs required
- Experience developing and deploying practices that increase the pipeline of diverse talent for key talent communities
- Basic knowledge of employment and labor laws across the United States
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills

The Program Analyst provides critical quality control, auditing, and analytical support to ensure the accuracy and compliance of Army National Guard enlistment processing by performing detailed reviews of enlistment packets and analyzing recruiting procedures. This role also supports State Assistance Visits, delivers training on QC processes, and monitors database functionality to provide recommendations to leadership for enhancing compliance and effectiveness.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will partner closely with the Recruiting team to manage the entire interview experience, including scheduling, candidate correspondence, and hosting, while continuously innovating to improve the employer brand experience. This role involves maintaining candidate data in the ATS, communicating updates to internal partners, supporting recruitment events, conducting offer audits, and assisting with Zendesk tickets for recruiting operations.
