- Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
- Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
- Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
- Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
- Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A professional with 2-4 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- An expert communicator who is skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls.
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable and adaptable with new technology, using it to enhance your workflow and client interactions.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment and is open to coaching and mentorship.
Requirements
- Work Location: Remote
- Remote Work: Authorized to work from one of the approved states listed. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.
- Standard Operating Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm EST
- Training: Comprehensive training program for the first two weeks of employment
- Employment Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
- Equipment Specifications:
- CPU = Quad-Core
- RAM = Minimum 8 GB (16GB RAM preferred)
- Internet Requirements: Minimum 25 Mbps Download Minimum 5 Mbps Upload
- Operating System: Windows or Mac (No Linux)
- Additional Requirements: second monitor, webcam, headset

- Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.
- Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $60,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
