Job Description
Role Description
We are hiring a Sales & Revenue Operations Specialist to support and scale our go-to-market execution. This is not a clerical admin role. It is a high-leverage position at the center of our commercial operations, helping the sales team operate efficiently while ensuring discipline across our revenue processes.
You will support the full sales lifecycle by:
- Coordinating quotes, invoices, and license delivery
- Ensuring CRM data integrity
- Managing partner coordination
You will also play an active role in:
- Managing and anticipating renewals
- Ensuring opportunities are identified early, quoted accurately, and closed smoothly
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with Customer Success and Finance. This role is ideal for a disciplined self-starter who enjoys owning processes, staying on top of details, and contributing directly to revenue execution.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or similar commercial operations roles
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working with revenue data, pipelines, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Highly disciplined and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Structured thinker with strong follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a distributed, remote environment
- Ambitious and eager to grow within a scaling company
