We are seeking an experienced and strategic People Business Partner to support leadership, shape talent programs, and foster a high-performance culture. In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers and executives to provide consultative HR guidance, design people programs, and drive organizational initiatives that enable growth and engagement. - Develop and maintain consultative relationships with leaders and managers to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee development.
- Support the creation and execution of talent strategies, including performance management, career growth frameworks, and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support long-term career progression.
- Build and manage employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and foster a high-performance culture.
- Analyze workforce metrics, performance data, and employee feedback to inform strategic HR decisions and program enhancements.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development interventions.
- Create systems and processes that promote continuous feedback, professional growth, and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
- Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including talent and performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Proven track record in project management and driving HR initiatives to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with care.
- Comfortable integrating AI and modern HR tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
