Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role for cloud-native or enterprise software.
- Working knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes, Container Orchestration, Multi-cluster Management, and public cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML deployment pipelines; Model serving and inference platforms.
- AI/ML infrastructure tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Ray, or similar frameworks), and how they integrate with cloud-native platforms.
- DevOps, GitOps and automation tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Observability tooling, including open-source monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape within the cloud infrastructure and open-source ecosystem.
- Track record of delivering outcomes for Fortune 500 clients and influencing senior IT/engineering leaders (CIO, CTO).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and events as needed.
