Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field required
- CPA, CMA, MBA strongly desired
- Excellent academic credentials and strong finance skillset
- Good understanding of FP&A Systems (Hyperion Planning) to drive more organizational insights and efficiencies
- Experience in leading and running a distributed team
- Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
- Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills are required to collaborate with various partners.
- Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done.
