Job Description
Role Description
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead, People & Culture NAM to join our People Operations department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in the areas of policy and compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of P&C generalists and specialists.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members on policy interpretation, benefits administration, and employee relations issues.
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve P&C processes and service delivery.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&C or similar HR role.
- Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HR technology and information systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Job Requirements
