Job Description

• Completes creative briefs for assigned clients for: Meta Ad Creatives, Email Campaigns, Email Flows • Majority of work will be emphasized on Meta Ads, with supplementary work on Email Ad Account Management • Manage each email client’s marketing calendars leveraging past performance and competitive analysis to guide decisions on campaigns and flows to run in the account. • All ad and email implementation will be handled by our associate level employees, but we do expect you to QA them before turning live • Compile clients’ monthly reports • Update client KPI Tracker - Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests • For select ads clients only, provide a weekly email recap of current performance • Address any client emails as they pertain to the service, strategy, results, etc. All other email communication regarding timelines and approvals are handled by our Project Manager

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of paid Meta advertising experience
  • 1+ years of Email Marketing/ Klaviyo experience
  • 1+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
  • Expert knowledge of Meta and Shopify
  • You've managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
  • Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
  • Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, or related fields)
