Role Description
As a key strategic partner to senior leadership, you will provide the executive-level reporting and portfolio insights - spanning performance, risks, and overall health - that steer our collective success. You are exhilarated by the challenge of collaborating widely with cross-functional stakeholders, leading a high performing team and building the deep relationships necessary to drive and manage transformative organizational improvements.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing distributed team of program managers, promoting a culture of transparency, consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build on and govern processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics to ensure effectiveness of outputs towards outcomes, including driving adoption of the AI-DLC.
- Oversee the entire portfolio, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and long-term roadmaps.
- Optimize allocation across the portfolio, balancing PMO and cross‑functional capacity against strategic priorities and customer commitments. Work closely with internal and external matrixed teams.
- Proactively identify portfolio-level risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement Change management and tooling: Drive organizational change initiatives related to PMO process, tooling, and data adoption, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and training for teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 15+ years of progressive project/program management leadership, with at least 5 years running large‑scale, complex software deployment programs.
- Direct experience with AI-driven development.
- Proven experience building and leading a Program or Project Management Office or a similar portfolio governance function in a high‑tech environment.
- Demonstrated success working in a matrix leadership environment, coordinating across multiple business units and geographies, and cultures.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority across product, engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams.
- Strong team leadership, with ability to win trust, foster alignment, and mentor reports, and facilitate consistent ways of working.
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on risk management and issue resolution in a highly dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle changing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology company.
Requirements
- The annual gross base salary range for this position is $182,400.00 - $228,000.00 plus variable compensation.
- Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
- For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
- Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
- Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
