Job Requirements
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- strong background in data infrastructure and/or data platforms
- solid understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, and analytics ecosystems
- public cloud experience (AWS and/or GCP)
- bias toward automation, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
- familiarity with modern engineering stacks (Python/Golang)
- ability to seamlessly adapt communication style to diverse audiences
- strong commitment to operational excellence
- energized by problem solving and technical challenges
