Role Description
BWT Logistics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Business Development – Contract Sales to drive growth within our Contract Warehousing division. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated “hunter” who excels at identifying, pursuing, and securing new warehousing contracts while building strong partnerships that support long‑term success. Join a high‑performing team backed by a proven business model designed for growth and operational excellence.
- Identify, develop, and close new Contract Warehousing business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers across targeted industries.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored warehousing solutions.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations.
- Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence and leverage digital prospecting strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Track pipeline activities, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in Contract Warehousing or related logistics fields.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proven hunter mentality with ability to source and close deals independently.
- Strong presentation skills and professional digital presence.

- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Six Sigma Certification
- Lean Logistics Certification
- Distribution and Logistics Management Certificate
- Global Logistics Associate (GLA)
- Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)
Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Location: Remote - Atlanta area
- Compensation: Base plus commission
