Role Description

EXL is seeking to hire a New Business Sales professional responsible for driving sales and revenue growth to join our team!

  • Acquire new clients within the North America region focused on the Consumer Retail & CPG sector.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of Consumer Retail & Travel industry companies in North America.
  • Cultivate EXL's presence in the market and grow business development opportunities with new clients.

***This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization***

Qualifications

  • Specific experience as an individual contributor selling BPO & Advisory services.
  • Experience in the North America region focusing on the Consumer Retail & CPG client sectors.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the mainland U.S. with travel required up to 40%.

Benefits

  • Base salary ranges: $190k - $235k.
  • Total compensation includes base salary, sales rewards & commission plan, and RSUs.
