Role Description

Seasoned New Business Sales professional responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients within the North America Energy & Infrastructure sector.

  • Leverage industry knowledge and sales expertise to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships and deliver tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of Energy & Infrastructure industry companies in North America.
  • Cultivate EXL's presence in the market and grow business development opportunities with new clients.
  • This is an individual contributor role with high visibility in the organization.

Qualifications

  • Specific experience as an individual contributor selling BPO & Advisory services to the North America Energy & Infrastructure client industries.

Requirements

  • Base salary ranges: $190k - $235k.
  • Total compensation includes base salary, sales rewards & commission plan, and RSUs.
  • Location: This is a fully remote role. Applicants must be based in the mainland U.S. with travel required up to 40%.
