Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that empower K-12 educators to succeed. You will lead the creation of interactive e-courses, multimedia content, and curriculum-aligned programs while applying adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. The position requires collaboration with product, content, and subject matter experts to ensure content is practical, engaging, and measurable. You will manage learning platforms, optimize content through data-driven insights, and help launch a customer academy. The role blends creativity, technical expertise, and pedagogy to improve educator performance and student outcomes. Ideal candidates thrive in a collaborative, innovative, and flexible environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive e-learning courses and blended learning experiences aligned with curriculum and user needs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, version control, and course archiving.
• Lead multimedia development, including storyboarding, video production coordination, and quality assurance of instructional materials.
• Apply educational technology and AI tools to enhance learning engagement and adoption.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content is relevant, accessible, and effective.
• Analyze learner data, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve course effectiveness and adoption.
• Provide project updates and ensure timelines are met for e-course development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing online courses or instructional materials.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting customer training or educational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning theory, and learning experience design.
• Familiarity with curriculum development frameworks such as ADDIE.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Preferred: experience integrating AI tools into instructional design, multimedia content development, and continuous improvement based on learner metrics.
