• Ensure integrity and full functionality of the CMMS system and other assigned platforms • Load and manage Area data as required for CMMS implementation waves • Monitor, respond to, and resolve requests from the CMMS ticket queue in a timely manner • Perform root cause analysis and resolve system or data-related issues, maintaining data integrity across CMMS and related platforms • Assist with training Area offices on new product releases and ongoing system usage • Develop and manage solutions that support operational and business needs using low-code/no-code platforms • Provide operational and quantitative analysis to support internal teams and stakeholders
