Job Description
Job Requirements
- Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutions
- Are detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data quality
- Work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Are team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving problems
- Recognize that Sensitive/confidential information must be handled compliantly
- Have experience with the use of HRIS, like Gusto, ADP, Deel
- Bonus points if you:
- Have experience working in a Human Resources function
- Have qualifications in Human Resources
- Have worked in a SaaS Company
