The Renewal Manager will guide high-touch customers through renewal processes, aiming for mutual success between the customer and Company, while managing customer renewals and advanced contract questions for accounts ranging from 100-1,000 employees. This role involves identifying key internal stakeholders and coordinating collaboration across Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to solve scaling customer needs at renewal time.
This role involves leading end-to-end enterprise renewal cycles for Company’s largest customers (1,000+ employees), managing complex negotiations, and guiding executives through commercial decision-making. The manager will collaborate deeply across internal teams like Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Legal to drive long-term, scalable outcomes.
This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling Company’s global renewal function, leading a centralized team to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) while maintaining pricing discipline and rigorous forecasting. The leader will own renewal outcomes across all segments, partner cross-functionally, and focus heavily on hiring, coaching, and developing the Contract Management organization.
