- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
- Help individuals and families understand available benefit options
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
- Provide responsive, client-focused support throughout the consultation process
- Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training
- Build long-term client relationships that support both client success and professional growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently
- Confident presenting information during virtual meetings
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms and digital tools
- Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work
- Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or desktop with webcam capability
