Role Description
We're seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets! In this full-time, remote position, you’ll be responsible for generating sales opportunities, engaging potential clients over the phone, and converting leads into loyal customers. Along with your strong sales focus, providing excellent customer service will be key to building lasting relationships with our customers. - Convert Leads into Loyal Customers: Engage with prospects to turn them into satisfied, repeat customers.
- Respond to Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow Up with Customers: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, confirm sales appointments, and maintain customer engagement.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist customers via phone, text, and email, and accurately record their information in our systems.
- Update Customer Data: Track and update customer information throughout the sales funnel to ensure accurate and effective management.
Qualifications
- You must live in: California, Arkansas, Oklahoma, or Washington.
- You enjoy working 100% remote.
- You are able to have a dedicated and quiet workspace at home.
- You have reliable high-speed internet connection.
- You have a strong desire to advance and grow in your sales career.
- You are interested in AI and using it to maximize your skills on the job.
- You are punctual and reliable.
- You are comfortable learning and using various software platforms, including Salesforce, Five9, and Hatch.
- You are available to work on weekends.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- You have a high attention to detail in data entry and customer interactions.
- You have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
- You are able to use a computer for extended periods.
