Role Description

This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing and scaling high-impact performance and leadership development programs across a global organization. The Director will architect an integrated ecosystem that drives high performance, accountability, and continuous learning for employees across multiple geographies. You will lead the development of cohort-based leadership programs, individual coaching initiatives, and technology-enabled learning solutions that measurably elevate team capabilities and engagement. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, hands-on program execution, and collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will shape the organization’s leadership culture, ensure talent readiness, and embed data-driven insights into performance and development strategies. You will also leverage technology, including AI tools, to maximize learning impact and scale globally.

  • Define and implement a high-performance framework that integrates goal setting, feedback, and accountability into day-to-day workflows.
  • Design and launch leadership development programs for rising and senior leaders, driving measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and business performance.
  • Build and manage a global function responsible for performance enablement, tools, and systems that scale organizational capabilities.
  • Lead a small team of individual contributors, collaborating closely with HR business partners, COEs, and senior leaders to ensure initiatives are globally relevant and locally effective.
  • Apply a product-focused, iterative approach to program design, gathering feedback and improving initiatives in real-time to maintain high impact.
  • Strategically deploy technology and AI solutions to accelerate learning, enhance accessibility, and inform long-term talent strategy.
  • Measure and analyze program outcomes, translating data into actionable insights to optimize leadership and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience building leadership and performance functions in global, impact-oriented organizations.
  • Proven track record of designing programs that demonstrate clear ROI and enhance leadership capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-impact teams with hands-on program involvement and executive-level strategic planning.
  • Experience designing cohort-based development, individual coaching, and cross-functional programs across multiple geographies.
  • Strong data and analytics skills to measure behavior change and organizational impact.
  • Ability to operate with a “biased for action” mindset, iterating programs based on feedback and shifting business priorities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience balancing global consistency with local relevance in program design and delivery.
