Role Description
Blaize is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Head of Global Partnerships to own and scale our partner ecosystem. This is a build-the-engine role: you will define global partner strategy, develop high-impact ISV ecosystems, and architect long-term partner-led growth models. You will work directly with the CRO and leadership team to ensure that partners amplify Blaize’s solutions while internal sales maintain revenue ownership. The role requires deep domain credibility, executive presence, and the ability to independently originate, structure, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own global partner strategy: Define, execute, and optimize Blaize’s partnerships to accelerate growth across cloud, edge AI, and data center markets.
- Build and scale ISV ecosystem: Drive partnerships, particularly for edge video analytics and AI workloads, creating a thriving global ecosystem.
- Develop cross-domain partnerships: Target data center, edge AI, and cloud alliances to broaden Blaize’s market footprint.
- Define go-to-market structure: Design scalable partner GTM models to maximize impact while maintaining internal revenue ownership.
- Enable partners for success: Ensure partners are technically and commercially enabled to support Blaize solutions effectively.
- Architect long-term partner-led growth: Build frameworks and playbooks that allow Blaize to leverage partners strategically for sustainable, global growth.
- Global remit: Manage partnerships and alliances across Asia, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and India.
Qualifications
- Deep domain knowledge across AI infrastructure and inference platforms.
- Cloud ecosystems and alliances.
- ISV ecosystems and edge compute solutions.
- Data center technology and partnerships.
- Proven track record of building partnerships from the ground up — not just inheriting programs.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-pivoting environments.
- Strong understanding that: “You sell with partners — not through them.”
- Global experience managing multi-regional partner ecosystems.
- Ideally US-based (East Coast preferred for global time alignment).

- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology partnerships, strategic alliances, or ecosystem development.
- Proven track record as a senior individual contributor who has directly sourced, negotiated, and closed complex, revenue-generating partnerships.

- Semiconductor ecosystem partnerships.
- AI solution partnerships.
- Edge analytics and vertical solution partnerships.
