Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Specialist to join our Delivery team and take ownership of daily campaign operations with a specific focus on the Adobe technology stack. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that bridges technical execution and operational management in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who thrives managing complex, cross-channel engagements and can translate marketing strategy into sophisticated journey builds and data architectures.
- Own and manage end-to-end daily campaign operations within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Design and implement complex automated lifecycle journeys aligned with cross-channel marketing strategies.
- Translate marketing requirements into scalable journey builds, audience schemas, and data models.
- Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize delivery processes.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain documentation of campaign workflows, data schemas, and operational procedures.
- Support governance and quality control across the Adobe stack ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) — including data ingestion, segmentation, and schema management.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) — journey orchestration, triggers, and decision management.
- Demonstrated track record managing high-volume, daily campaign operations in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and cross-channel marketing principles.
- Ability to independently build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience with additional Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
- Familiarity with SQL, data pipelines, or ETL processes relevant to campaign data.
- Background in QSR, retail, or high-frequency consumer engagement industries.
- Adobe certification(s) in AEP or related products.
- Experience in an agency or consulting delivery environment.
