At Recall Masters, we’re helping dealerships transform recall and service opportunities into stronger customer retention, better performance, and real revenue growth. We’re growing fast and looking for a Performance Manager who knows Fixed Ops, loves building relationships, and wants to make a measurable impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, high-support environment and knows how to turn client engagement into retention, growth, and long-term value.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow an assigned book of business
- Build strong client relationships
- Drive referrals and upsells
- Help dealerships get the most out of Recall Masters’ solutions
- Be a trusted advisor to your clients
- Be a key driver of retention and performance
Qualifications
- Fixed Ops experience required
- 5+ years in a B2B client-facing role
- Strong consultative, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Proven ability to retain, grow, and support client accounts
- Salesforce experience is a plus
