Be part of the tremendous growth opportunity in design and manufacturing solutions by joining the Customer Experience team at Hawk Ridge Systems. As an industry leader for SOLIDWORKS and the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this remote role, you will act as a key post-sales partner, ensuring engineering service projects move forward smoothly and efficiently from kickoff through completion. You will:
- Monitor the daily progress of active engineering service projects
- Provide detailed and timely updates to Project Managers and key stakeholders
- Coordinate project logistics, timelines, and documentation
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings, as well as distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks and documentation standards
- Support seamless handoff of post-sales project details to Implementation teams
- Maintain accurate project records and administrative documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Enterprise Solutions team
- Deliver exceptional customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
Your superb organizational and proactive follow-through skills, coupled with your commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience, will be central to your success in this role.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or equivalent role
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; BA or BS degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
