Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in technology and product roles demonstrating successful leadership across Product and Engineering. Preferred: Specific experience in Tech-Enabled Services where technology serves as the backbone for human delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is preferred.
- Service-to-Product Vision: Excited by the challenge of an environment where the product is currently a support function, with the strategic ambition and roadmap to elevate technology into a profitable revenue stream
- Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in modern software development, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and scalable system architecture.
- Legacy-to-Modern Bridge: Skilled at navigating the complexities of existing legacy systems and honoring the "how we got here," while relentlessly driving the architecture toward a scalable, product-first future.
- Operational Empathy: Ability to understand human-led service workflows and identify where technology can serve as a force multiplier, rather than just "replacing" people.
- Team Growth & Mentorship: Deep commitment to elevating existing talent; experience mentoring senior engineers and product leaders to help them reach their next level of career growth.
- Financial & Operational Acumen: Strong financial acumen with experience managing large departmental budgets and leading organizational transformation.
