Role Description
The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) is a strategic performance coach and accountability partner for franchise owners. This role drives behavior change, execution, and results using KPIs, conversion metrics, and financial performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years franchise, business coaching, or multi-unit leadership experience
- Strong KPI and financial coaching capability
- High emotional intelligence and influence skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fitness industry experience is a PLUS
- AC Inc. Certified Field Coach designation is a STRONG PLUS

- This is a remote position.

- Total compensation of $80,000 to $100,000
