Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven sales experience in enterprise software, with a strong focus on ETRM, CTRM, or similar complex financial/commodity trading systems.
- Deep understanding of the energy trading lifecycle, including front, middle, and back office operations (e.g., deal capture, risk management, scheduling, settlement, accounting).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to travel as required.
